Jasjit Kang leads Wipro's Business Process Services, serving clients globally with a team of about 84,000. With over 32 years of experience in technology and business leadership, Jasjit specializes in operations management, technology-based innovation, business development, and relationship management. He has extensive experience in BPO setups, Mergers & Acquisitions, BOT, and divestitures. Jasjit has led large projects, including the transfer of a captive entity to private equity ownership and significant technology transformation projects in the banking industry.

Before joining Wipro, Jasjit held leadership roles at Alight, Aon India, WNS Global Services, and GE/Genpact. He also has seven years of banking experience with Citibank, Bank of America, and ANZ Grindlays. Jasjit served as the Chairperson for NASSCOM's Global In-house Centers (GIC) for the North India region. He holds an MBA from Central Queensland University and is a certified Six Sigma practitioner.
