The customer feedback confirmed that Wipro delivered a strong, outcome-driven technical team. As the MSS market continues to evolve rapidly, MSS service providers have flourished over the past year, even during turbulent times. Using the IDC MarketScape model, IDC studied 17 organizations that offer global MSS capabilities.
