The 2024 Whitelane IT Sourcing Study for Germany, a comprehensive evaluation of over 900 unique IT sourcing relationships and more than 850 cloud platform relationships in Germany, honored Wipro with the recognition as an Exceptional Performer among the top 35 service providers.
Wipro’s clients reported very high satisfaction in Cloud and Infrastructure Services with a score of 80%. Clients scored the firm among the top three IT services providers for workplace services and among the top five for satisfaction with digital transformation.
The research also evaluated several key performance indicators. Wipro achieved a score of 84% for Price Level with #3 rank and 80% for Account Management Quality.
