• Hydraulic Actuators: Components/sub-assemblies/parts supplied to leading European and US air framers/tier 1 and 2 clients. We have over 37 years of experience in the development, manufacturing, assembly and testing of precision engineered hydraulic components and have entered into a Transfer of Technology agreement with CESA, a subsidiary of Airbus Group, for the development and production of actuators and other hydraulic components for aerospace. We have a state-of-the art manufacturing facility for these actuators/ components in Bangalore that supports NADCAP processes and develops products for clients like Airbus and Sikorsky.
• Aerostructures: We provide precision machining of various large and/or complex parts for aerospace platforms. Wipro’s acquisition of HR Givon-Israel has broadened our product portfolio and technical capabilities with four global manufacturing locations – and more importantly, it has enabled work transfer to India. Our network of certified global supply chain partners adds to the ease of part certifications.
• WIPRO3D Advanced Manufacturing: Wipro is a leading provider of Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) to the aerospace, space,, industrial and tooling, heavy engineering, healthcare, automotive and nuclear sectors. Our solutions include AM consulting, road mapping, adoption, component printing services (prototype and serial production) and the design and deployment of captive Metal AM centres.
